HOW TO COOK OUR FALAFEL
Falafel Mix:
(If frozen) Defrost in the fridge the night before
Mix the Mix – Before you start, to evenly blend the herbs and liquids and let it seat outside to get to room temp.
Turn the heat on – Set the deep fryer to 165°c
Roll the ball – Create 18-20 grams balls by hand or buy our dedicate falafel spoon
Let the show begin – Place the balls in the oil and let them fizzle until golden (approx. 2-3 min)
Get cheeky with it – Indulge yourself on a crunchy and fresh falafel ball
Storing: keep the mix/cooked ball refrigerated for up to 4 days.
Freeze them, label them and they last for 3 months.
Raw Frozen balls or patties
Enjoy the freshness of the mix already shaped into a ball.
Do not defrost! They are ready to be cooked.

And let the show begin – Place the balls in the oil and let them fizzle until golden (4-5 minutes)

Cooked Falafel balls
Keep them in the fridge (max 5 days) or freeze them (max 3 months).
When you want to warm them up from fridge:
Fryer – 160°c for 1 min.
Oven – preheat the oven to 220°c and coo them for 4-6 min or until warm.
From freezer – 40 sec in the microwave or defrost for 20 min then follow the oven instruction.
Half Cooked Falafel balls
Keep them in the fridge (max 5 days) or freeze them (max 3 months).
When you want to warm them up from fridge:
Fryer – 160°c for 2 min.
Oven – preheat the oven to 220°c and coo them for 6-8 min or until warm.
From freezer – 40 sec in the microwave or defrost for 20 min then follow the oven instruction.
