  • What is your MOQ?
    our MOQ changes between the different products. Please contact us to discuss your needs. If you're looking for smaller qtys feel free to visit our online shop and purchase in our retail price (with our factory discounted rate).
  • How do you cook this?
    depends on the profuct....
  • Can you customise it for our kitchen?
    We're more than happy to try and accommodate your needs. We have clients who ask us to remove the sesame seeds or create different sized balls etc. Feel free to contact us, tell us all about it and we can see what can be done.
  • How come it's not soaked in oil from frying?
    That's because the hot oil "seals" the ball (what you know as the crust) and leaves the inside nice and moist, cooking it with the heat and not with the oil.
  • What are some creative ways to use falafel?
    Try falafel in burgers, breakfast dishes, grazing boards, wraps, bowls, or even as a crust for baked veggies - Read this blog post to get more ideas.
